![]() Thankfully I got a key for only $30 USD (it pained me to pay that due to the Epig exclusivity.) I would have been highly pissed if I'd paid $60 for the deluxe edition or $50 for the standard with the game being a mess like it is. ![]() WRC 9 still has a micro stutter that's noticeable and highly annoying in a racing title. None of these fixes listed here really work for me. Not that it needs SLI even at 4K for people that push games on similar hardware. I'm running WRC 9 using a single GPU profile because I'm sure it doesn't support dual or SLI GPUs. Come on man, no one especially with a rig such as mine 9700K w/ RTX 2080 SLI and 32 GB of 3200 MHz of memory should be having these types of performance issues with a game like WRC 9, which would run on most potato masher gaming rigs. And from a technical perspective, it's far from perfect. ![]() Sorry, but it needs to be said and sorry but not sorry if someone gets upset over my statement but its 100% the truth. It suffers from the same long standing UI issues that have plagued the franchise for ages. or better effort towards releasing a decent game that works correctly on day one. Isn't it enough we have developers signing exclusive deals with Epic to be forced to buy a game that offers no features such as trophies or achievements to be played on a bare bones, pathetic launcher which is Epic? But players have to be subjected to games being a mess of stuttering and mediocre performance as well? I dunno but it seems to me with taking Epic's pile of money, you could afford a Q&A dept. Often the excuse is: "Well, the game just released, they'll fix it or they'll patch it." As a PC player I tire of hearing this defense. Do none of these developers use Q&A anymore, does no one test them before shipping these games out the door? Apparently not. No one, irregardless whether they use Nvidia or AMD should have to deal with these issues with any game, especially WRC 9, which basically is a cut and paste of 8 and the issues it had should have been priority to resolve many, if not all issues during Q&A. These are issues that should have been worked out before even releasing the game.
